Job Summary:
Seeking a highly ambitious, career-oriented individual to work assisting in renting storage units and U-Hauls at our busy West Hillsboro facility, 2-3 days week mostly weekends.

• Commission earning opportunities for sales, profit sharing and $500 signing bonus after 90 days

Duties
• Oversight of all day-to-day operations.
• Provides outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer queries and problems professionally with urgency and attention to details.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Effectively rents storage units and U-Haul equipment to telephone, walk-in, and email inquiries by employing closing and qualifying skills.
• Completes leases and other documentation in a neat and orderly manner
• Reduces delinquent accounts through telephone, text, and email contact.
• Maintains exemplary curb appeal in both our office and throughout that facility, including sweeping units, cleaning the facility and rental equipment, and disposing of debris.
Skills:
• Sales and marketing experience or mindset, passion for interacting with the public.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organization skills.
• Proficient with technology including CRMs, web browsers, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Previous property management experience a plus.

Details & Qualifications:
Job Type: Part-time, Full-Time & Seasonal
Pay: From $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
Shift:
• 6-10 hour shifts
• Day shift; office open 7am to 5pm, Sundays 8am to 2pm
• Be available most weekends Fri-Sun
• Weekdays/holidays as needed
