I helped my daughter sort her storage unit on the ground floor a few days ago. I noticed that the place was incredibly clean for a first floor storage place with multiple entrances, especially given the rain and falling leaves the past few weeks. My grandson needed to use the restroom while we were there, and they had a key hanging by the front door of the store/office for customer use. The bathroom was large (wheelchair capable) and clean and had a fancy "air" hand dryer my grandson had to demonstrate for me. We hadn't gotten the code from my daughter, and I had left my phone in the unit, so we couldn't get back in. We walked into the office after returning the key, and the employee offered my grandson candy from a large jar on the counter. They then let us use the employee entrance to reenter the secure storage area, so we could return to my daughter. They were polite and professional, while still conveying a warmth that signifies an excellent human being. I don't rent from this company because I have a garage for storage, but if I ever need one, this employee has convinced me that this is where I would want to store my belongings.

Austin is one the best managers of storage unit that I didn’t have nightmares while I apartment look. The place is clean, organized, friendly and he runs a top notch storage unit. Which always keep this place a great business.

Been renting here for many months. Great folks to work with, clean with zero issues. We currently have 3-4 units and as a business we can expand and return units with no contract. It’s so nice to have the extra space as needed, also we can drop multi semi trucks off here with no issues. Thank you so much!
